There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After completing the acceptance of bid and paying deposit to shipper and fee to UShip through PayPal, I spoke with Shipper. They stated they were unable to ship load at the price agreed upon. Representative from shipping company advised to cancel this shipment on UShip website. He stated that he would explain this situation to UShip when contacted by them. Although they were unable to follow through with this transaction, he was courteous and expressed their regrets.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Items needed to be shipped loose, but shipper needed them boxed. Seller of items did not want to box items so transaction was cancelled from Ebay.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I booked the shipper this morning. We spoke for 15 minutes & I was assured that there would be no problems & that he wanted to pick the items up this week. He then called me back this afternoon & told me that the price had changed to $900. I asked how the price could change after I had already booked him. He told me when he entered the information into his system, the "class" was different for some reason & that there was nothing that he could do. I will not allow this shipper to pick up my

The decision to cancel this load was mutal due to misinformation in the posted ad. Our company requires that the shippers provide accurate information before loads are booked. We informed the shipper that the declared freight class was incorrect and that there would most likely be additional charges. A decision was made that the shipper should find a new carrier at that time. -Schneider Logistics
