Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Rick from stone had no problems w dirt road. Mike from stone had problems once the first sub didn't want to hurt his truck that had 6 inches of ground clearance. Turns out stone has 0 trucks uses freight forwarder who subs out the job. How much less would my price be if the sub was the ONLY one I had to deal with!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The backhoe was supposed to be picked up on the 27th of March, provided kept promising me to be up the item and he never did. He called me this morning and told me he can not accomodate my shipment, so I am cancelling. Thank You Hope White

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I have tried repeatedly to contact the service provider to no avail. He claims to have 220 trucks and yet there is no one to answer the telephone. On one occasion, a young man named Jose answered one of the phone numbers provided, but he did not know the service provider or the business they claim to have. I then received an email containing proof of their liability and property insurance, but all these documents are expired and therefore not valid. Service provider claimed to have 8 million

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I want the full amount refunded back to my credit card, not the 90% and a future credit. It is not my fault that the shipper miss quoted the load. I now have someone else to haul the load for more money and have had to deal with this hassle. A full refund is all I will accept.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Service provider did not respond to my repeated calls, voice mails and messages. winning bid stated it would be picked up by February 8 2013, date came and past with no communication whatsoever as to what the status was with my shipment pickup.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have waited 11 days for performance of this shipment. They have repeatedly scheduled and canceled pickup. I had already relisted the shipment and relayed to them names of shippers on my bid list that advertised for a lower fee than theirs. It's now another Friday night with no communication of where this shipment stands. I don't feel comfortable waiting any longer.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time We have been in contact with this shipper and they rescheduled on us every day this week. They were to be here each day and yet each day they did not show. We are making other arrangements for this shipment and will not be using this carrier ever again. Response from STONEMAN68: We did have to reschedule several times with this client due to weather and flu. However the shipment was added to and the arrangements made the driver showed up the next morning only to be told the load had been cancelled, of which we were never notified.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipping provider agreed to the shipping terms then failed to provide service based on the time line provided. I spoke to the service provider and they determined that they could not make the delivery. At that time the agreed to refund my deposit.
