I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I can't reach my service provider and it is less that 5 days to my ship date. I tried to contact SINExpress through the communication channels with UShip, but their profile has been removed. I want my refund processed and placed back on my card, as I have found another service company locally to handle my shipping. thanks..

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I booked this shipment on 4/10/07 to be picked up on 5/15/07, service provider kept saying that they were sending a contract and I would have it soon and they would be there to pick up my shipment on 5/15/07. I called and left numerous messages for the shipper who never called back. Their message machine was always full. Today is 5/15/07 the day my shipment was suppose to be picked up which never happened!!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I was never contacted by the service provider after I made many attempts by phone calls and emails. I only spoke to the service provider when I called on May 7. No plans were made for the shipment of my things at that time and I was told he would call me either on May 10th or May 11th. I never received a call from him on either of those days. My shipment of a queen mattress and box springs was picked up on April 27th in Rochester,NY. It was supposed to be delivered to Herndon, Va within 2-3 business days. This shipment has not been delivered and I am unable to contact anyone regarding the status of this shipment. I am assuming the item has been stolen and will need to take legal action.

Charles, I have been trying to contact you regarding this shipment. Your people had pickup the shipment but have not contacted not delivered the items. I need you to call me and let me know if this is ever going to be completed and what you are going to do with my goods. Your guys told me the items will be shipped to Orlando on 5/11, it's 5/15. Me and my friend from Orlando have not heard from you. I really hope this is not a CON. There were so many sentimental baby items in this shipment.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I accepted a bid from S.I.N. Express for a move within 3 days. After acceptance, I was unable to contact the shipper. When calling both phone numbers provided, I recieved the same "mailbox is full" message. 3 emails were also sent to the shipper with no response. For a move to take place within 3 days, this shipper made no attempt to contact me and all attempts to contact them failed. Totatally unprofessional; left me stranded without a shipper 15 hours before my expected move. Very unrel
