well i finally got my shipment. could have used better communications overall but due to some weather conditions that we both have no control over, it just took longer to get it. it was in good shape. so i'll have to leave a positive on this one. thanks for shipping the new bike. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
He is not able to pick up my shipment. I told him it was a crash damaged motorcycle. He has been very poor in communication. He did not even call to tell me he was not going to pick it up.

"WAS NOT RUNNING." THE WORD "CRASH" WAS NEVER MENTIONED. WE FOUND A PILE OF OIL LEAKING GAS LEAKING JUNK THAT COULDN'T EVEN STAND UP! DO SHIPPERS NOT REALIZE THAT THE TRUTH ALWAYS WILL WIN OUT? After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I am not confident in the integrity nor professional ability in the service provider. He did not return any of my phone calls/emails which were sent daily over 4 days. The number he provided was that on the uship website. He did not have contact with the person whom I purchased my merchandise from. He was unable to keep his delivery date. When he showed up a day late for pickup, the seller informed me that his vehicle was crammed with items that would have scratched/damaged my merchandise.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
After the shipper did not show at the agreed date and time, I telephoned him three times and left messages. After receiving no response to my telephone messages, I sent him an e-mail.
My pick up was to be in Kansas, after 36 hours past the pick up date and time I received a telephone call from the shipper informing me that he was then in Indiana heading east to Ohio and gave a bunch of excuses. I can not rely on this shipper. I need a shipper that can live up to their committments

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
I contacted by email (2) and voice mail (2) and had absolutely no response...not a good business practice.
I did find another delivery provider on Uship and they contact me within an hour (good business practice)....so please cancel the following request and refund the money I paid with my credit card to hold the transaction.
as a side note....I would go thru your providers and get rid of ones' with poor response times....makes Uship look bad and not good since you are new to this industry.
