The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Does not return calls or emails and then eight days later blames the weather and says that he just cant complete this job. You had eight days to do the right thing!!! WHAT A JOKE OF A BUSINESSMAN!!! It makes me look like a total liar to the seller and makes this hauler and your whole site come off as a joke. You have my deposit which I can only use if I run another auction and accept another bid. This is some first time experience with this site!!!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the service provider decided to cancell the shippment today after promising to deliver the good on the 23rd later changed the pickup and delivery to 26th but finally said he cannot pick up the vehicle today the 28th because he has a broken axle. I have to pay $75 for storage as a result of his inconsitency.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider stated that he would pick up on Friday October 26 and carry home for the weekend and bring on Monday October 29 after a drop in Raleigh NC, then tells us that he will bring on November 3 in the am hours and then calls on Friday November 2 at around 10am and just says he not going to make it and gives no reason, I feel storm played no role here because I seen where he made drops on dates in between these dates that I had. Spent 16hrs of my time driving this weekend because of him Response from Rhinorich: of course i was makin drops i was catching up on my loads that had delayed me during the storm

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Rich, this service provider when I initally called him went on and on about his customer service. He failed to pickup the truck last week as scheduled and I had to e-mail him on 11-1 to find out he did not pickup the load. His excuse was the storm and I accepted that. We agreed he would be at Richie Brothers at 8AM today to pickup the truck and deliver it today, 11-5. I tried to call him 3 times around noon and he would not answer. I called Richie Brothers and the truck was still in their yard. Response from Rhinorich: i didnt answer the phone because i was on it with another customer...its hard to make everybody happy when ur behind on hauls
