The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I contracted for a move from Chicago to Sarasota on 10-22. After talking to Martin, we agreed that he would also take some furnishings to Iowa on 10-9. We last spoke on Sunday the 4th to reconfirm. I left two voice mails on 10-9, one at 5:52pm and the second at 7:55pm and got not response. Today, the 10th I sent a text message at 6:28. Shortly after that I canceled by nonrefundable 7:30am flight to Iowa. At 1:14 I received a text back from Martin saying that his truck had been broken into

All in all, this move went really well. Martin and crew were very punctual, great with communicating, and everything progressed on schedule. There were several items that suffered unfortunate minor damage in transit, but overall we were pleased with QuickMoves' performance.

Give these guys a chance. They were very personable and friendly. I felt totally comfortable with them around my valuables and my kids. They arrived on time and went above and beyond to get my move complete. They even swept up the old house for me! Their price was by far the best I found on UShip. I would definitely call on these guys again if I ever needed a move. Thanks guys and take care!

You called me on Sunday and asked about changing. I told you I had a plane reservation and could change it, but you called be back and told me it was not a problem. You never said you would offer anything off on the plane fare change. I could have changed it without charge until Monday.
