I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Shipment has changed from being a partial load of 2 manhole boxes to a full load. Unfortunately one manhole box had inaccurate specs and is now over width. No fault to William. He's a great guy and very easy to work with. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer and I could not agree on payment terms. I have a company policy that's included in my "Terms & Conditions" that we need to either establish a line of credit or take a credit card up front. Unfortunately I cannot bend that policy. The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Customer posted shipment as having docks on both ends then sent a message over the weekend saying we needed to load this ourselves. I am only offering the transportationg in my bid, not the loading of the machine. At this point I cannot service this shipment.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider There was a misunderstanding about the product being shipped. A snowcat is a unique vehicle. The hired driver made a new offer after arriving on site that was significantly higher than other offers we had. When discussing this with the transportation firm he left the pick up location.

I would agree that this is a unique vehicle. Unfortunately the listing only listed the machine itself and not the tracks & arm. Customer listed needing 24 ft and 15000 lbs. Shipment ended up being a full load. I sent my driver to pick up this partial shipment of 24 ft and then I had to pay him out of my pocket when the customer wouldn't pay for a full truckload after taking up a full truckload of room. This cost me time and money and wasted my drivers time. Please list accurate specs!!

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I just find out a few minutes ago form a third party, that they are not going to be able to make the service as request. We been sending emial to Paul without answers. Also tried several times to reach him to his cel phone number without success and not return the calls back or reply the emails. This is going to cost us money becuase this equipment need to be at the port of Miami to catch a vessel departure and now it won't make it.
