Very nice lady, but I believe that they had forgotten about this shipment. I prior to the pickup to touch basis, and never answered the phone. Left a message, and I finally got a returned call after like 4 days.

I appreciate the quick response from phone calls and emails. We had just a minor delay but overall I was satisfied with the job they did.

We missed out deadline by 2 days. We had a family emergency and kept him informed throughout our ordeal. He was understanding in ever way, but sometimes customers really will never understand unless they actually go through an emergency such as we did. Customers in reality just want their bike...and we delivered 2 days late but we did deliver within a reasonable timeframe after a family loss... I appreciate Kenneth leaving us a positive feedback, He is a great customer.
