worst service ever, he keeps asking for money every day till he delivers it, kept threatening me that he is going to leave my trailer on the road if I dont pay him,

He booked saying he would put 2/3 down...then his manipulation began..he yelled saying no money until delivery and he was in no way would pay screaming.I then said we should cancel then he softed up saying he'd give me deposit in couple days then wouldn't ...Then I asked another account for $300 for more fuel and was awkward...all so he could be a male chovanist pig to American as he is from like Iraq...I'm not racist...but I'm not easily walked on and he thought he'd bully then lie on review

We were very impressed with the job Mark did. He was extremely professional and we liked how he kept in contact with us. Our belongings were handled with the utmost care and respect and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing anything moved. We had our stuff moved into a storage unit here and when we saw how he had wrapped certain items and placed them in the storage unit we were more than pleased. Thank you so much to Mark for a job more than well done!!!!

I was told that my shipment would arrive in California by January 2 at the latest, but I did not see it until January 5. I was also forced to wire $300 to Mark on January 2 otherwise I wouldn't see my stuff. It felt very shady. I unnecessarily wasted $ on a sooner cross country flight, moved on Christmas Eve, and lived uncomfortably out of suitcases to accommodate Mark's schedule that he didn't even stick to.

OMG are you crazy?...She had way more than stated...Said 2 wardrobes that turned out to be huge wood closets not wardrobe boxes...gave her a great price and even had 2 guys at unload....going accross country in winter conditions and high winds I got so sick I lost my voice...So I thought someone fighting a sickness she would be kind to...Was I wrong about her...pretty on outside but mean siprited and cruel inside...As to $300 she had balance with me and I needed more fuel so I asked and she sent

Mark did not make arrangements for unloding help on the day he made his delivery. I had to pay out of my pocket for help the next day since I already had a cashier's check made out to him for the balance of the bid and I was not there. He made a comment about how he was barely breaking even on the job. His was tied for the highest bid I recived and I chose him due to the positive comments and ratings. My expectation is the he should be able to bid appropriately since moving is his business.

Well it was extreme rain and helper canceled so I called for 2 guys for next day and staged everything in garage.Saved a big clean up mess the way I did it and the nice lady at delivery said that there was more tha she thought and how well I rapped everythig etc. Offed him $120 for local crew but he didn't take it and thought it was a kind tip...I made sure they were taken care of...Mark

He is flexible and friendly. Generous with jokes. Overall a legitimate shipper and a pleasure to work with, although he can get annoyed for some reasons. I asked for formal receipt for reimbursement but an email with two lines of texts is what I got. This almost didn't work but fortunately after some struggle I got reimbursed in the end.

I'll spare you the details. I want to put this miserable moving experience behind me. But do yourself a favor. Read his negative reviews, assume they are true, and move on to the next bidder. I read them, gave Mark Bibbee the benefit of the doubt, and had a horrific experience.

Reaaly strange...he yelled,screemed,threated me and I wanted to cancel but went forward at his request and he was to give me 2/3 after booking but refused and said if I didn't do it his way he'd call police...so I frontef all the money...then he slanders me after I was nice guy...I think he was from Iraq and very weird...but I delivered 2800 miles...God bless anyway...he was reason I asked other account for extra fuel because he wouldn't pay his share as agreed when booked..Strange

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Lashonda booked then next morning she was not availible to take care of details until afternoon.I got local company to issued a valid confirmed COI and asked for my deposit.Lashonda being unavailible and me not getting deposit increased my expences by $160 outright in air fare.When I expressed concern she went on full attack even threatened my Uship account.To be treated like this by an Al Gore Climate Reality person was very uncalled for.She has no reason to cancel.I charged nothing more.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Payment terms included credit card, however the funds were requested via a cash advance service. This is not accepted on the credit card we are using for this shipment. The shipper's only other way of accepting funds is via cashier's check which is not an option at this point.

Lashonda was Ok Until I asked for overnight deposit that didn't arrive next day...Then airfare doubled to fly in and do this load and she wanted me to eat it...Very simple...Sad part is she represents Al Gore Business and was horrific to me...They deposit arrived the next day after it was supposed to...She just needed to tell me that not pick a fight with me and pay for not getting deposit next day as promissed and airfare went up..Strange...Now she just wants to slander me after the fact...
