I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period There was communication at the beginning and we had a scheduled pick up date they did not meet. Re-scheduled for a week later and they did not make it nor communicate. Have made close to 10 phone calls & and an email that were never returned. No communication.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I communicated with them via email stating I needed this shipped this week to which they said it would be possible. I accepted the bid and have not been able to get a hold of them all day. I will use another shipper that said they could pick up Tuesday or Wednesday!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment To long of time frame to pick up and deliver. Response from NorthernHaulersCo: This Guy listed shippment since it was his haul for a customer but his truck was down and canceled us the next day because he said he got the truck going again then called to have us do it again because he said it broke down again but never paid deposit to set it up. His customer then called us wondering why they didn't get the goods... but we don't want anything to do with this guy or the shippment...I think he is nuts with a junk truck,,...stated it was a ford, really sorry

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved John was great to communicate with. Unfortunately, a scheduling conflict arose and he was nice enough to allow me to accomodate another shipper to meet my service requirements. Outstanding proffesional, would def. encourage further business.

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time I am totally ticked off. This "provider" had this contract to ship for THREE weeks now! He calls the pick up at 8PM wanting to pick up at 10PM the same night! When the pick up was not available on such short notice, the driver never bothered to reschedule. I called him and he PROMISED to pick it up the week of the july 2nd. I had a vacation planned that week but cancelled it in order to take it delivery! Well, no delivery was made, the pick up contact says the driver made NO attempt to ont Response from NorthernHaulersCo: Not so here...We drove to IN. and attepted twice by appointment to pickup and haul old truck to Wis. to Shipper but there was nobody at pickup location and no answered calls and no truck, the seller mover it to a differant location.... find out latter the shipper / buyer did not pay for truck and sent a lame story.....I was told seller was in the hospital. Got ahold of buyer/shipper at 8pm and he still could not arange for payment/ pickup. Need to have payment setup before shipping P/U date. Tha

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider ran into problems with another shipment and is unable to have my vehicle delivered in the time frame that I needed. Response from NorthernHaulersCo: This was a return haul. We had a cancelation from other customer that set the time out past the time he needed it in so we gave him a some options and he needed it sooner, the next day
