This was my first time shipping a boat, and it went perfectly. Brian of NortheastCargoCarriers was easy to get in touch with, gave me all the information I needed, and kept me informed during the trip. Highly professional, arrived earlier than expected, price was competitive, could not have been a better experience! Real-time, online tracking is very helpful too.

Unfortunately shipper was involved in an accident and boat was damaged severely. Communications with shipper were good during the resolution and insurance settlement. Just an unfortunate outcome to an other wise good experience.

The trailer overturned and quite possibly could be totaled. I am waiting for the insurance company representative to look at the trailer and the cargo that was being transported. At this point, I am uncertain when that will be completed and I will miss the promised timeframes for pickup and delivery of these cars and do not want to hold up Brian from getting his cars due t
