We adhere to all laws and put safety first. Upon contract acceptance, Moss Inc Logistics will immediately (within business hours) begin to schedule the pickup and delivery. All pickups and deliveries can be based to change depending upon traffic delays and weather. We have Location sharing available and you will have direct contact with the driver/owner at all times via call/text or email. It will be the customer's responsibility to accurately enlist the full operational status of vehicle along with weight and measurements. Additional charges will be incurred by the customer if a vehicle is found to be inoperable, customized in any way, or not as specified or described in the listing.
