A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had trouble reaching the company the first few days to organize a shipment plan. When I did come in contact with them to recieve a contract (that had to be faxed prior to confirming any shipment dates) both the state of drop off and the pricing were wrong. Also the fax number I recieved with the contract was wrong, which prevented me from returning it in a timeley manner. I found it very hard to contact the company when I was trying to ask questions and felt uncomfortable with the transaction

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Regal Fast LLC bid on my LTL shipment, their bid was accepted, and they contracted with me to pick up a cabinet at 4666 Lenn Road, in Newburgh, IN, at any time during the period of August 29 through Sept. 3, 2011, and to deliver that cabinet to 7500 N. 21st St., McAllen TX 78504. The carrier failed to pick up the cabinet. At no time did the carrier contact me to explain the problem; I had to initiate contact in every instance. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This item was originally scheduled to be picked up on June 24th. We tried for more than a month to have the carrier pick up the item but each call received another reason for a delay in the pick up. The carrier did not return phone calls, only responded to our calls with dates further out in the future. We were forced to have anothe carrier pick up the item and we expect a full refund of our deposit. We are also requesting an additional $40 for storage of the item whlie we were attempting to
