second shipper was easily contacted. Kept me updated and delivered as promised.My overall feeling is I was manipulated by the first shipper at my expense so he could make a buck without having to do the work and, he seemed practiced at it. I was left with few choices after the contract was accepted and payed for. These are my impressions, granted, I had very little contact or influence on the first shipper so I have limited information...but, isn't that the problem?

I tried to help you out, not "make a buck"! How did I make a buck? You paid the guys that came out, not me! The deposit goes to uship to offset the booking fee, I never see any of it! I should have just cancelled on you, instead I went above and beyond and found another shipper on short notice, paid the uship fees, the auction fees, as well as the difference in price that I was going to do it for! Had very little contact? You have my home and work numbers and my e-mail address, what else u need?

Thanks again for completing this for me on short notice. I wish the guy would have left me positive feedback for going above and beyond and finding you guys so quickly. Instead, he thinks I'm trying to "make a buck" without doing the work. He paid you guys and I paid uship to re-book this at a higher cost, so I don't understand how he thinks I "made a buck". I lost money! I guess it's true what people say that no good deed goes unpunished. Thanks Bob!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The shipper is just now stating only 2 days before pick up was supposed to take place, that he is injured and cannot drive.

Bid was accepted over 6 weeks ago! I told shipper in my e-mails that I would be having surgery soon. I'm sorry that her pup was not ready to be shipped sooner, but that had nothing to do with me. I was ready to go for the entire month of August, but shipper's party was not because they were out of town, dog had an infection, etc, etc.

The provider didnt seem experienced to handle leather sofas. There was no cover on the sofas to protect from possible nicks/tears (which I would think is most required as a "Blanket Wrap Service" - offers special care for large and fragile items). No communication when most needed (arrived 1hr late at pickup and 2-3hrs. late at dropoff). There was a 5-inch tear in the sofa and after I requested, he took $50 off the shipment charge. I'm told the tear will cost me $500 to repair!!!

This individual did not let me answer questions regarding timing. He did not state that he had restrictions on time for pickup in his listing. Tells me THAT DAY what times I need to be there. No time to get adequate help/equipment! Individual was very rude to me and my son. I refuse to work for people like this, and at that point I felt no obligation to perform any kind of service. Guy tried to move sofa upstairs without help tore it I wasn't in the building when this tear appeared in the sofa.

No trouble other than it was a little later than anticipated. I dont think that was the shippers fault as my mother in law goes to bed very early and lives up in the mountains in a hard to find location.

No time frame was stated as to when shipping would be needed. After accepting bid she said that the pup had an infection and I had to wait another 6 weeks before I could pick up. I told her in my e-mails that I would be having surgery soon. I just had surgery 6 days ago, doctor won't sign off on DOT health card. This is MANDATORY (per FMCSA) when you drive for a living. If I could do it I would, I really need the money!

Guy says I tore his sofa when I wasn't even in the building as he tried to shove it upstairs himself! Says I was late but when I told him I had a pickup in Flint, he said "Take your time". Had restrictions on time for pickup and delivery, did not specify this until THAT DAY after I had already been through Flint 2x! I had no time to secure adequate equpment and manpower. Guy said he could help move sofa, but clearly lacked the strength to do so, damages sofa, blames me!
