It was a pleasure working with this team of movers. Justin delivered as promised and the guys that delivered the furniture were very nice and professional. The furniture was delivered in perfect condition. I would definitely use them again.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services The transporter was supposed to pick up the vehicle over a week ago, he then said a couple of days ago he would pick up and deliver today as he had other transports to do first. Today he called and stated he was not going to transport nor pay for the $550 in storage charges that have acrued while waiting for him to transport as he contracted. This is a breach of contract and he is obligated to meet his contractual obligations in addition to the damages he has created.

All BS. Timeline as follows. Listed 10/7. Accepted bid with another 10/7. That bid cancelled 10/8. I bid on 10/8. I say I can pick up between 10/12 and 10/16. On 10/8 you ask if I can pick up sooner because you are trying to avoid storage fees, and I say that I cant. You accept my bid on 10/9. You tell me there are $125 in fees already and another $25 each added day and that I have to pay them. I tell you it will be 10/15 before I can pick it up. My truck breaks down on 10/13. You threatened me!

Seems like I cared for your bike very well, communicated with you as I progressed, and proved service just as I said. I did show up about half a day later than I expected but after having a truck that the transmission went out and having someone else drive 20 hours straight to come rescue me I fiure delivery with-in the same day that I said I would is pretty damn good. You said as long as delivery was between 7am and 7pm and I was then waited about 45 mins for you when you knew I was coming. Ok?

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Received a phone call from Justin and he said the bus is to large for his trailer. I relisted this shipment and it is on it way to Georgia.

It wasnt that it was too large for my trailer but that the bus was longer than you said it was and I didnt allow for enough room to be left to carry it. You thought the wheel base would be less than 20' but it ended up being 26'. A huge difference. I am glad you got it taken care of though and am sorry I wasnt able to assist. At least with me going and looking at it you got a good measurement and knew what was needed.
