We started in the shipping business by accident. I own a business selling new Ram Leather interiors, and I bought an enclosed trailer to transport them all across the country to try and save my customers money on shipping. I started looking on USHIP to find items to bring back along my way so that I wouldn't return empty. I then got into shipping campers and boats, and now it seems that I do more shipping than I do selling interiors. We have shipped everything from surfboards to kittens and dogs (which we love to do). I have a 2018 diesel Ram truck that can pull just about any camper or boat up to around 13,500 pounds. I also pull my enclosed trailer, which is 20 ft long overall and it is 8 ft. wide. For more fragile items, such as animals and antiques, I have my back seat removed and available, as well as an extra tall fiberglass cap on the bed of my truck. I have plenty of other trailers at my disposal if you need something specific hauled too.
