Jamie was there personally to speak to me on the phone or answer my emails. I was a complete novice so felt I had to ask questions about everything. He dealt with everything which was within his knowledge. His price was very competitive and basically he did what he said on his tin!

No Detailed Feedback Available It was so easy shipping with Hill that I hardly know what to write. I was expecting a lot of complicated paperwork and such-like. Never happened. Very smooth process on the Galveston-end. One minor hiccup on the UK side when picking them up, but Hill responded immediately and the problem was fixed before the day was done. I highly recommend Hill Shipping and Jamie.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved After speaking to the seller our driver arrived at his yard at the agreed time but nobody was there,our driver then went back in the next morning but again nobody there who is paying for wasted haulage? I had already spoken to the seller and he told me that he could get the pallet loaded onto the lorry ok , then he changed his mind and said to the owner Dave Cramer that he could not do this.I then advised Mr Cramer to have a different type of vehicle collect,with a pump lift. Extra cost is £120

No Detailed Feedback Available I no longer need my item(s) shipped I am unable to leave the car in the US for more than a year. Based on feedback from the shippers agent, the only way to do this is to sell the car to a friend and have it delivered back to me in the US, which I do not want to do, thus would have to have car shipped back to UK after a year. Due to this complication have decided to not ship the car. I have relayed this back to the shipper, who have been very helpful.
