After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Hello, The form that they emailed to me is not in 100% correct English. That worried me. Then, my bank refused to allow them to charge my debit card because they are outside of the US. I did not know that. I will not deal with a company that is located outside of the US. Too much fraud. Thank you, Joe Response from FreightC: Not sure how one typo of the word "you" counts as not being 100% English but that is fine, customer did not want to authorize freight charges, better for us not to service this as there is no guarantee we would get paid!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment As said before, we will not be servicing this shipment. A cancellation has been put through on Uship and your refund receipt has been attached. You are refunded for the total amount charged to your card.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services I was told to sign a disclaimer contract other then the uship contract that i have aleady agree to. I was not impressed or comfortable with but was forced to do it or they would not pick up the pallet. Beware this is a freight broker out of ontario canada they do not even haul what they book they in turn farm it out. They were unable to charge the card which had plenty enough to cover.Told me Quote " take your shipment and shove it up your ass" just what I espected from a Broker Response from FreightC: BY FAR THE RUDEST CUSTOMER WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. FROM THE MOMENT WE CALLED TO ARRANGE THE SHIPMENT WE HAD TO DEAL WITH PROFANITIES BEING THROWN AT US WITH REGARDS TO EVERY MATTER WHICH IS CLEARLY LAID OUT IN BID DETAILS. AFTER STILL DECIDING TO HELP HIM OUT IT CONTINUED, WE DO NOT TOLERATE MISTREATMENT AND ABUSIVE LANGUAGE TOWARDS OUR EMPLOYEES.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved After verifying with the shipper that delivery could be made on time, I get a call the morning shipment is to be picked up stating there will be an additional FOUR DAYS added to the delivery date with absolutely NO EXPLANATION! This is completely unacceptable, as receiver would then be out of town and unable to receive shipment, which was relayed to the shipper at time of booking. VERY UNHAPPY WITH INTEGRITY OF THIS SHIPPER! Please refund shipping deposit as soon as possible. Response from FreightC: As per estimate given by carrier at time of scheduling this should've been able to deliver by required deadline however when double checking with them to ensure this, we were advised that it's a great distance and transit time we had was incorrect. As soon as we got this info we informed the shipper to prevent them any further inconvenience and delay. We also immediately provided shipper with a full refund for freight charges. We were proactive with this, not sure what more could've been done...

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider (broker) didn't tell the shipping company what was in the shipment and when the shipper learned it was an organ, they wouldn't accept it. Response from FreightC: Unfortunately organs fall under pianos on the carrier's restricted articles list, this was out of our control but all information was clearly specified on the bill of lading. They just didn't realize until the freight was actually dropped off at the terminal. We apologize for the inconvenience.
