Customer stated he would meet driver for delivery. The driver did not need ramps at the pickup and after discussing option to unload at rental location driver did not need ramps for delivery otherwise he could have gotten the ramps as discussed prior to pickup. Customer unloaded and caused damage himself. Unfortunately nothing we can do when owner causes their own damage and then does not notify us of damage before leaving negative feedback. Would not work with this shipper again.

The above feedback is a complete falsehood. Was screamed at by drivers wife when they realized there was no loading dock "where is your loading dock" "We can't unload this if you dont have a loading dock" Then they tell me there are no ramps, and they were not informed that they needed them, which is the opposite of what the broker promised. The driver directed me to reverse off trailer, after saying its all clear, then hit a guard rail because he didn't see it before directing me

Poor communication /miscommunications from equipment dealer in AZ & UTI. Both parties (Michigan Farmer & Mr. Sheff's agent/wife) agreed that no resolution could be agreed upon & Tyler Sheff or UTI services were no longer needed.
