A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper gave me less than 24 hrs. notice of pick-up time and I was unable to have someone there to meet him for pick-up. He did not give me a working phone number and I could not reach him to notify him. He never contacted me after that for another pick-up.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This shipment was supposed to have been delivered nearly a month ago. The provider picked up the shipment, but experienced vehicle difficulties en route, requiring rescheduling. Have been trying to contact the provider for 10 days to reschedule, but can't reach him: He lists 2 phone #s: One rings through to voicemail, but generates error message that "mailbox is full." Other # (toll free) rings to error message that the "# has been disconnected." Have emailed three times and still no answer.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I will be out of town the dates the items were to be picked up and delivered. I am not able to have someone present at both ends of the move and therefore cannot complete the move agreement.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The provider was sketchy from day 1. Gave less than 24 hr warning on weekend to have owners of the items ready for pickup. Showed up hrs late, past 10pm claiming no phone service & GPS not finding address. One excuse after another continued from there & no room in truck for the shipment of which he had pictures for. Never responded to emails/calls to reschedule pickup & then called tenant, not owner or myself for pickup again with less than 24 hr warning. Angry when couldn't accommodate his plan Response from FMAN: Read the feedback below this one. Have records of emails and calls which were responded to. They have squabbles ovver heir property. So sad. They gave bad information on the pick up and I had to reschedule it. I did so, called the shipper and she was upset b/c she did not get the message. Sorry I cannot make you check your messages. Direction was constantly conflicting. I followed the direction given and was talked to like a child. Next shipper beware. No master servant relationship here.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have called and emailed multiple times. I also paid the $75 dollars to uship for connecting me with this shipper, who has not done anything, so I am severly disappointed and upset Response from FMAN: We called and emailed you. The real problem here is that the listing did not match what you wanted shipped. The listing had 8 boxes and you emailed us to indicate that there were actually 35 BOXES. The total listing had 14 items, the revised listing had NEARLY 75 ITEMS and 4 TIMES THE VOLUME/SPACE OF THE LIST POSTED ON USHIP. Thess are the reasons we refused the job. We have no doubt that by the time we arrived to make the pick up the list would have grown to over 100 items. Good luck be honest!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Service provider did not show up on agreed upon date & didn't call. We contacted him & he said he was having truck problems. We re-scheduled & he did not show up again. He did not call. we finally got a hold of him & he said his mother was having health issues. He refunded our paypal deposit. Now we need uship to refund our deposit. Thank you.
