The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I can't wait 2+ weeks to have this picked up. Response from EASTwestCONNECTION: Here is again another example of why people cancel, just like my last cancellation... As per my Uship timeframe on this shipment... it clearly states that i will pick up and deliver this item before Feb 10th... and As per Uship timeframe it also states that the customer has FLEXIBLE pick up and delivery dates... Now. the customer is telling me that he cannot wait 2 wks to have item p/u and deliver.... What am i suppose to do??? just accept cancellation and move forward... Its not fair.

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time EASTwestCONNECTION I've been waiting 15 days for Juan to get up from Florida. He said he could pick up the desk around the 15th Of Dec. I have talked to him personally. I have left him messages for him to call me. Barb has left a no. of messages also. The last time I got him on the phone , he hung up on me. I called him rite back, & I got his voice mail. He won't return my calls.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipment left a little early than I was ready for, but I wouldve loved to work with them since they were very prompt in their communication and dealings. Response from EASTwestCONNECTION: As Uship records will show... that.... Customer's timeframe for pick up and delivery were fully flexible when accepted my bid... But after our first conversation, customer decided/needed shipment to be pick up and deliver on specific dates.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment After waiting patiently for almo9st 2 months for the provider to complete the shipment and communicationg with him at least 3 or 4 times, the provider claimed he was in San Antonio and could not reach me. This is the 2nd time this provider has bid on my shipment and not abeen able to complete the bid. Response from EASTwestCONNECTION: Uship records will show that cust. did not wait 2 months as she states. Records will also show that i only made one bid on her shipment. As per Uship records customer did not have a pick up address or a dropped off address + she only had one phone # listed on Uship and that's where i called her with a 48 hr. in advance without getting any anwer.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipper was suppose to pick up the item first week of the Nov. But he did not. After many emails and calls I made to him, he said he would let me know the date.
Today, the shipper calls me that he has family issue come up can't do the shipment for a reasonable time.
What can I say?!
