Thanks for the feedback guys:) Yes there were a few setbacks, but that is life, can't always expect things to go as planned. You were honest and forth coming about that and I appreciate it. These guys are good. Lorelei kept me posted along the route and Bob the driver was excellent in getting this trailer shipped. Overall, I would use these guys again and again, actually the best moving experience I've encountered so far!

Extremely positive experience. Lorelei answered many questions before I accepted their bid promptly and courteously. Once bid was accepted, she continued to answer my e-mails quickly, and was very helpful in setting up the details of transport of the boat from Canada to US. I was kept updated at each stage of pickup and delivery. Bob the driver was courteous, very careful, and treated the boat as if it was his own. Their use of a flatbed was a real plus. I will definitely use them again !

However payment was received. We arranged to have her car taken out early (bid stated FLEXIBLE) and accepted a post dated cheque to help work within her budget. When the driver was delayed one day picking up the car, she was very very rude. I realize everyone is dealing with some kind of issue, we just happend to get the blunt end.
