Chris was fantastic! He called in advance of the pickup and worked the details of the logistics, then called me once it was picked up to confirm. 3 days out from delivery, he called and confirmed schedule delivery, and then the morning of reconfirmed. Fantastic service and highly recommended as a first time shipper that I was.
