This was our first job through the uship site and it was a pleasurable experience. Our customer communicated well with us from the day he accepted our bid all the way through til job completion. He was well prepared and may the move easier than many I have done over the years.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Provider was not able to pick up shipment as they had passed my location and could not turn back.He tried to get another truck to pick up but it was full. I have already re-listed.

We tried to assist this customer via a different truck, due to the bid acceptance not meeting the time requirements that we needed to get it on the original load... We weren't able to accommodate his shipment, but had notified him of the time constraints we were under before the bid was placed and accepted... Still a great customer to deal with...
