On: 6/29/2012 For: 2001 Honda 929 RR	No Detailed Feedback Available	im sure these idiots arnt in business anymore seeing they stole my motorcycle. they picked up my motorcycle on 6-14 in las vegas and said it would be a week till delivery. they continued to push it back days, make up LIES threw the hole process. the last i talk to DEAN BENNETT which is the owner and guy delivering it was on monday 6-25 he said he was 4 hours away from me after multiple lies all day. it is now 6-29 and there phones are disconnected and U ship has suspended there account. CROOKS.

I used this company to ship two motorcycles from Nashville to Los Angeles. One of the bikes was damaged in transit due to carelessness on the part of Dean. Both Dean and Sara have been unwilling to provide insurance information, and have refused to answer any form of communication. When asked for their insurance carrier, they directed me their criminal defense attorney (???). Save yourself the headache and use another shipper, the money you may save with these two isnt worth it..

They delivered the vehicle to our son (who is a soldier in the US Army) within the promised time and undamaged and delivered within the small time windows available. However, we feel that their reasons and communications for delays to an indicated potentially earlier delvery time did not make sense. These delays of a potentially earlier delivery caused our son to not be able to take advantage of a weekend of precious off-time.

Due to truck problems we were unable to move this trailer. Jim and his wife accepted the job of moving the trailer for our customer and were able to deliver before set delivery date even with their our truck troubles they kept in constant contact with us and are some of the nicest people we have EVER met. I would HIGHLY recomend them. 100% perfessional and honest.
