After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The carrier,DHLbrokerJohn, waivered from the beginning about being able to satisfy my p/u date as clearly shown in the listing description. Although the carrier sent me an email requesting full payment,I have been unable to reach the carrier by phone to confirm p/u details. A review of the carrier's current status with UShip, shows that DHLbrokerjohn is in suspension mode. I doubt seriously that the carrier would be able to meet their contract obligation.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment The service provider accepted a bid on 12/1 to ship three pieces from Minnesota to Los Angeles. Two days later a DHL truck showed up in Los Angeles to pick up the load to take to Texas. When DHL tried to reach the service provider to ask about this mixup, he did not answer the phone. When I tried to reach him by phone and by email, he did not return messages. On 12/5, I initiated a Paypal refund claim, and on 12/6 he concurred that my Paypal claim was legitimate and I got my money back.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The jobber bid on my shipment and I accepted (day #1). He was quick to follow up to schedule pickup but the items were not ready on his chosen day but on the following day. Since then (now day #12) I have tried phone messages (3) and emails (another 3 on alternate days) to contact the jobber. I have received no replies. Time is of the essence for this shipment and I, therefore, must cancel the transaction.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period This Service Provider has failed to return my calls from the numerous messages left on his voicemail nor has he responded to the emails sent. I spoke with a DHL customer service rep and I was informed that a broker's email address would include @dhl.com. Because these items were to be delivered in a timely manner, I have no other option but to seek another service provider. The reason for communication with this Service Provider was to get a cost variance for an additional item to be included

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services on uship John E. Benge user name is DHLBROKER. According to DHL he does not work for them. After we spoke by phone told me DHL would pick up my shipment the next day at 5:00pm, they didn't show up. I called him the same night and he said it was because he need the demensions of the package. I informed him that info was avaliable on uship it was listed in the ad i had posted. So I gave him the demensions and weight. He said the following day at 5:00pm DHL would arrive. A no show again this time h
