These guys were amazing, they got my car to Texas on time, safely and with an outstanding level of professionalism. They gave me an amazing rate given the distance and impressed me with their maneuvering skills while backing up an 18-wheeler. Absolutely unparalleled service, highly recommend.

I contacted the service provider and they were very understanding of my situation and responded with sincerity and professionalism. Based on my limited contact with them I would certainly use their services if needed in the future.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Provider was to pick up shipment the first week of september.After several attempts to contact them they indicated the trucker had already this area and I would have to wait till end of month. Several more attempts were made spoke with "Terri" she indicated she would get back to me witha date, after two weeks I rebid the shipment, and agreed to go with another carrier who was professional, and returned all of my calls in a timely fashion.

THIS IS UNTRUE. PLEASE VIEW BID. IT CLEARLY STATES WE WILL PICKUP SHIPMENT AT THE END OF SEPTEMBER. CUSTOMER DEMANDED EARLIER PICKUP WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION FOR OUR OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO WERE ALREADY BOOKED FOR THESE DATES. SHE REPOSTED HER LISTING ON 9/23/08 AND WENT WITH ANOTHER CARRIER. THIS WAS ALL WELL BEFORE HER SCHEDULED PICKUP DATE OF 9/29/08.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Company seems very nice and really looked forward to giving them our business unfortionately our locations are not equipped to handle tractor trailers. Service provider truck is too large for our area restriction.

We were more than willing to work with John regarding a shuttle at pickup at no extra charge but customer still requested to cancel. Not too happy about having a cancelation on our record when we were willing to go the extra mile. This guy is brokering out moves he booked and has more than 64 cancelations under his belt. I should have known better.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The proposed pickup date was later than I'm able to arrange for, and I hadn't read the proposed date on the bid. I spoke to Dependable Movers this morning, they understood the mistake and agreed to cancel the bid.
