The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Mr. and Mrs. Dallara contacted me on agreed upon date and determined which items may fit into their vehicle. They were to contact me at an agreed upon time and then meet me at my storage unit to pack their vehicle. Mrs. Dallara called not to meet with me, but to cancel the transaction. My items are now indefinitely in a storage unit that I must continue to pay for and which I planned to vacate after the Dallara's packed my items. Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Ms Stein’s ad listed a 60x36x5”/100lb package. Prior to bidding, I explained we couldn’t accommodate a single item that size, but if we redistributed the items, we could do it (she agreed). Upon arrival, she said she wanted to include additional items in the shipment as well. I spent several hours repacking/ redistributing our items but couldn’t handle all of the items she wished to ship (well above the original dimensions). We told her we could handle some of her items, but she declined.
