The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment he can't bring my baler when i want it brought wants me to wait two and half weeks for him to load it,then bring it to me this is too long of a wait Response from Crawleys: i placed a bid, customer accepted. i talked to him on the phone, set up a pickup date. when i arived in to portland tn the pickup area well within time line. i was already in postion to pickup item and transport directly to custom when i received an email cancel request. at that point the item was already picked up and gone. PLEASE NOTE all this in less than 48 hours. we talked that if it didn't happen over the weekend it would be the next week. please note that i am one man with one truck.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider **BEWARE** After multiple attempts to contact the service provider, only after I initiated a paypal dispute claim did he contact me. That was 13 days after I booked the load and paid him in full. The dates were never changed because he never contacted me to set them up. The additional stop in the load was confirmed and accepted by the provider prior to the booking of the load. Almost 1 month later and I have not received a full refund from the provider. Response from Crawleys: this cancel was for the customer to receive a refund of deposit after shipment was complete, and this is against uship rules and no longer alvalible. this was my first few loads when i was new and didn't know any better. also at this time i had 5 trucks with 5 drivers all useing the same account. now i am 1 man with 1 truck.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Well, the service provider wanted to charge the credit card twice the bid "in case things came up" and that was most worrisome. We were ok till that came up. Anyway, I don't think the building is too tall, but I don't see it. The seller says it's not 14 foot 2, but I don't see it. I'm sorry for any issues, that's for sure. I'm very new to this. The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time After booking this shipment 5 days in advance of pickup after several back and forth emails to clarify pickup and delivery dates, equipment, and payment arrangements, numerous attempts to contact the service provider by telephone and receiving not one return phone call, and only one email, the service provider did not show up at the agreed upon time. In addition, I received no call, email or text to let me know that he was not showing up. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment John Was very helpful he picked up the truck and started his journey but his tranny went out so I had to arrange another shipper to pickup. I put on the profile that i needed the rv in Conroe, TX before 7/7 it is 7/6 1700 central time and he has not contacted or picked shipment up in Kentucky.
