Great Service at every level... Highly recommended. Andrew communicated well, was prompt, professional & well mannered. This job included a 4 story walk-up - so not easy. The sofa wouldn't fit. I found him rude and he charge me another $100.00 to take it 4 miles to a storage room. His original bid of $200.00 was already twice what most others bid, but because he had a license, insurance and references I went with him. He made comments like "what kind of apartmen is this? It doesn't even have a toilet" (not true), "I don't want to waste my time trying to bring it upstairs" and "You know this is going to cost you more". He then bothered me for feedback.

Gary It is very unfortunate that you feel this way about the job we did.l. told you before we attempted to go up your narrow staircase that your sofa was too big to go up your staircase but you wanted me to try. Exactly what happened we had to bring it down the stairs. I suggested that you should leave the sofa downstairs but you wanted to take the sofa to a storage facility. I told you it was going to cost more before we went to the storage facility. I see no reason why you should complain.
