Good communication. Timely. Did what he said. The only reason for the neutral rating is that the boat arrived with damage to the bow caused by not being properly secured on trailer. On one hand, trucker was not responsible for securing boat, on the other, sure wish he would have watched his load better and been proactive.

My first experience with u ship and it was superlative. Justin Campbell hauled my boat from Jersey to the Outer Banks and did a fantastic job. I couldn't be present to load or launch but Justin took care of everything. I arrived at Pirates Cove to find the boat docked behind the condo in shipshape. After the return trip home he launched the boat put it in the slip and walked back to his truck. His equipment is top notch, clean and well maintained. He is a very diligent, responsible gentlema

Really dont know what to say but this company really can make impossible things happen. Accepted their bid and the next day they did move and they were on time and evrything else with the shippment did go pretty smooth and accurate. Also the communication was very good and friendly. Would like to give them more transpotations and would be glad to get another bid on the next one. Thanks again for doing all this for that shippment.

I dont receive the ORIGINAL TITLE and Bill of SALE from Campbell.It is the last one to have them in hands .He says to me that he sent them to me ( in FRANCE ) by regular USPS post and 5 weeks later i never receive these importants papers to go ahead .So Now my boat is blocking in French customs with a fee of arround 10 US$ by Day .I cannot pick up my boat and trailer ... He is not professional action to send thes documents by regular post in place of UPS or FEDEX

Justin did a great job delivering my boat and put up with the DC traffic and hard to get to Marina. I would recommend to anyone looking for inexpensive, reliable service.

At last minute we were able to put this over-seas shipment together for this customer who ran into some time critical issue. We pick up the vessel and transported this to the shipping Port for exporting. Eveyrthing went smoothly and were able to complete this from start to finish in less than 24 hours in conjunction with dealing with an overseas customer. Thank you for allowing us to serve you!

This was a very complicated move for this customer. He worked for 8 months trying to have this shipped over seas. We were able to steep in and help with the logistics of his overseas shipment as well as pickup and deliver the vessel to the port for exporting.

I bought boat end of October 2009.Seller took 3 months to give the Original Docts because he loose Title . In//and later don't want to give EIN (Required for USA export).In begining May 2010 I obtain from my Export agent special N°in place EIN.Campbell pick-up my Boat a night, without call seller for the Original papers:Deliveries with extra cost like once again he din't called to Docks.Original Docts are NOW LOST:He only use regular post in place UPS orFedex.Boat is STOP by French customs.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I have already spoke in person to the service provider Justin Campbell. He is having problems with his East Coast truck and there is enough uncertainty that I and he don't need the stress of having a pick-up early next week. I fully stand behind comments left by Mr. Sparks. We spoke and I explained that our new truck sent to pickup his vessel lost its engine and would be down for a while. We would be unable to provide service to Mr. Sparks and with out delaying his vessel shipment, followed through with the cancellation of his booking. John was very understanding with us on the situation and worked with us well.
