No Detailed Feedback Available Yes, our experience was very positive! Our items were delivered to us at the time promised and in perfect condition. Jim was in touch with us throughout his trip via e-mail and cell phone. Our bid was picked immediately the next morning, and arrangements were made for delivery. Never again delivery took 3 times longer than promised. Take a look at all the cancelation and reasons for them. Just about impossible to get ahold of anybody.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The provider did not have enough deck space on his trailer only had 8 feet left as he had another item on the deck. It stated in the uship 10 feet was needed. Provider had people on the pickup end rearange his load taking items off the trailer and loading them into the back of his cargo truck at there expense

No Detailed Feedback Available I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment This is my fault. I read the measurements wrong and was not paying attention. This item would not fit on my trailer when I arrived to pick it up. I did not want to run the risk of damaging the customers equipment and having a insurance claim and the customer upset. I would rather him get another carrier that will be able to handle such a load with no risk to the customers equipment. Jim, I apologize for this and I hope that this does not leave a bad taste in your mouth about J&N Transportat
