Response from Brighteyes: Again, accepted a "book it now" only to have the haul cancelled hours later saying it had already been done. It is very helpful to keep in mind for the future, please remove your listing if the shipping is no longer needed!! Cancellations do NOT look good on a shipper's record, and are even worse when the shipper did not cancel!! I hope King arrived safe and sound. Good luck to you!!

Response from Brighteyes: If you did not accept the bid, who did?? Was called at 8 AM to say you accepted my bid (you called, but did not accept the bid??!!?) at 12, FOUR HOURS LATER you called and said you gave the haul to someone else, and had cancelled me. Great!! How was I suppose to get your horse that was two hours away, within a four hour time frame with no notice whatsoever?? I think this was extremely unreasonable!! Brighteyes

Very nice job. Took longer than exp. but probably better for the horse in that maybe he really did get to relax off the trailer. Stressed us, but better for him. Returned our every call through the trip. Knowledgeable driver / handler. Arrived in great condition. Thanks Much, would use again. Sally

I am sorry that it took longer than you felt it should, but my driver got you on the tail end of over a week straight on the road, on his way back to Carolina, and had a big job starting the day after he got back. I then picked up the horse and brought it on to NC after a night off the trailer in our barn. Wonderful animal; and you are super nice folk. I would worry if my baby was with strangers, too!!! Thanks for giving us your business...!!!

Horse arrived fine, pretty good communication and care, very good rate. Due to horse's size, I should have asked more questions on size of box stall and route/timing of delivery. Shipper did best possible given the circumstances and horse did fine overall. I would ship with them again!

This service provider did a great job. She was in contact with me the entire time, had a delay due to weather, but was very flexible in working out a pick up and delivery time. The pony arrived safe and sound!
