My name is Ken campbell and I am the owner of Lucky Pets Pet Care and Transportation Services, located in Lexington, Ky. I offer ground transportation for dogs,cats, and other small animals. I am USDA licensed and Red Cross Certified in Pet First Aid and CPR. I have been transporting animals for several years and I follow all USDA regulations pretaining to transportaion. These regulations include having a Health and Rabies certificate(when of age) When shipping calls for an over night stay, I always stay at "pet friendly" hotels. Ken was awesome in picking up our dog from the shelter promptly. He then went above and beyond our agreement by taking the rescued dog to the vet(3 TIMES) and even met up with the transport to send him on his way. He took care of the dog as he would his own animals and we will definitely be doing business with him again! He even bathed the dog for us more than once. Very trustworthy and reliable.

Ken did a great job with our dog. I could tell that he really cared about her and her well being. He kept in touch with us the entire time and arrived to pick her up at the time he stated and delivered her exactly on time. It was a great experience.
