My name is Steve Mitchell and I am the owner of IRON HORSE TRUCKING. I retired after 25 years as a Police Lieutenant in Michigan and started this Business. We are a small company at this point in time, specializing in individual vehicle transports, motorcycles, boats, and smaller cargo shipments. Our company is insured for $100,000. per vehicle per trip and $750,000 liability insurance with Progressive Ins. Co.(policy may be reviewed upon request) Our drivers are all current or retired Law Enforcement officers with no accidents, tickets, or points on their licenses in the past 25 years. (driving records also may be reviewed upon request.) IRON HORSE TRUCKING uses a GMC 3500 dually flatbed and a Chevy Silverado pick-up. We have a 35ft. triple axle 2 place open car hauler and a 17ft. double axle 1 place open car hauler. IRON HORSE TRUCKING is a member of the Owner-Operator Independant Drivers Association(OOIDA) and a member of the Michigan Trucking Association.
