The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This shipment was paid for on 4/4 and contact was made with Joe. He told me they would get he car picked up the next day which was impressive. On Monday 8 April ent emails with no reply car was not picked up.
Tuesday placed several phone calls finally reaching Joe who told me the car was supposed to have been picked up Monday he would look Ito it and get back with me, no return communication.
Wednesday emails and nothing, Thursday called seas told he had someone in his office could he call

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period On Monday, Mar 4, Joe indicated that it was possible for the car to be picked up by 4 PM on Friday which is primarily why the bid was accepted (on 3/4). Bid Details state: "Service Provider will pick up within 7 days of booking." Last communication was on 3/5 and as of 3-13, Seven days have passed without any further communication. Have tried to contact shipper via e-mail and phone without any reply.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period It has been roughly 17 days since I made the booking and the car was not picked up. Multiple email and phone call was not replied. I had wish for it to be a smooth transition done in a timely manner but this was not the case. I am sorry that the transaction is not working out for both parties. I would like to just go ahead and cancel so that I can find someone else to complete the job. An appropriate feedback will be left that will reflect my experience.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I need a full refund. Service Provider did not honor the agreed price. Blamed on 3rd party software issue and it took them 1 week to tell me they could not ship for me.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped Two accounts were created but one of them was by default. The default account was created at the same time my computer timed out and I wasn't aware. I tried logging in but it said my email address didn't exist so I create another profile. While creating 2nd profile, I had my shipment dates set for the 13th-15th. Someone accepted my bid, with me not knowing for which profile. So I called the service provider to try to arrange the shipment for the dates I specified and from my understanding, wasn'

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The ford flex was to be in Michigan on friday 1-11-13 and it is now monday 1-14-13 and they have not yet picked the car up from New York. I have tried to talk to Joe Howard and the transport123 and i get NO responds. This is a poorly ran company. I hope no one has to go through this like i have. Its been over two weeks since i accepted there bid. Please cancel the order.
