There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
I did not need a 4 hr minimum for the amount of furniture that I needed moved, and the shipping company understood this. I now have a shipping company that will not give me a minimum which is what i'm looking for and suits me better. However, the shipping company seemed very pleasant and eager to help but they were simply not the right match for my move at the end of the day.

The move went very smoothly. Ambassadors worked to accommodate our schedule and kept in communication during the whole weekend of the move. I greatly appreciated them helping out on such short notice and meeting my price.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
I reviewed the provider profile when the bid was submitted and there were no negative information on the provider. When I look now, the provider is 'suspended'. I also got a call from the provider explaining that the cost of shipping has gone up and will be $500 more than the original quote. What does suspended mean, why were they suspended, why would I be asked to pay more than the original bid without even seeing what is being shipped. The reason given is increase in fuel costs... pls respond

Daisy and her crew did a great job on my furniture move. The items were moved carefully, the load was well secured, and they got it to me very quickly. They need to improve on their communications though; I had a nerve-wracking week prior to the move when they were busy on other jobs and I wasn't hearing back from them. But once they were focused on my job they were fantastic and a pleasure to deal with.
