They are right I did NOT pay the remaining money due because they badly damaged the concrete pump! The guys unhook the pump inside the truck and then drive again. It rolled back and forth smashing against the inside of the carrier. I had over $1500 worth of damage. Are they going to pay the difference? How dare they say I didn't pay! I have pictures and receipts if anyone needs them. AVOID this carrier!

If there was a legitimate damage you would have given the information on the damages to file an insurance claim. That is the reason why we as carriers have insurance to cover for damages if any done to freight during transit. You claim there was damages but never produce any info for insurance claim. You had no intention of paying from the beginning.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried on many occasions to contact the service provider. I have called and emailed many times. I spoke to a lady after the bid was 1st accepted and they have never responded to a call or email since. I will resubmit for bidding again. Robert Robichaux
