Allen Needy took my 2010 model 32' travel trailer out of the storage lot and moved it about 40 miles down the road in the opposite direction. He then claimed to have mechanical problems with his vehilcle and abandoned it alongside the road. When I called the place where he abandoned it I found out that it was not there at all. I am out the entire 2010 travel trailer and am persuing legal actions against Mr. Needy. I wish I had never heard of him!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After establishing initial contact with the service provider, I have not been able to get a response from Allen Needy, despite having sent three or four emails and leaving several messages with his phone service. The seller of my vintage Lambretta scooter also attempted to contact him by phone to set up a day/time for pickup, with no response at all. I have no choice but to cancel and find another provider who is serious about keeping his end of the transaction.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I cannot reach the provider, he will not answer the phone, email nor will he return any messages. The provider called to arrange the pick up and never showed or was heard form again.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The Transporter was suppose to pick up the cycle between Tuesday Thur Friday when I spoke with him this wasent going to be a problem. On Friday I tryed to reach him left messags on aswering machine and on email with no response now being monday I no have 20 dollar a day storage fees becuase item was not picked up on time.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The Atruck provider did not pick-up the truck at the time told nor did he call or I tried calling and no answer from him for 5 days. I tried e-mailling him the e-mail is invaild. The person who is holding the truck is been waiting since 8-16-07 to 8-17-07 when Atruck was told he would be there. It is 8-19-07 and I got a different service provider for pick-up. So please cancel Atruck services and credit my Uship fee.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time After I reached Mr. Allen Needy on his cell phone in Missouri, he agreed to pick up my motorcyle that I purchased off of Ebay on Thursday in the evening time. We confirmed that it was going to be absolute that Allen shows up in Kentucky to pick up the bike and deliver it to me in Omaha, Nebraska. After several (15 or so) attempts to call his cell and home phone that I looked up off of Google, his girlfriend answered and said she had "NO IDEA" where he has been the past two days. Rating: Cancellation Left for: Dave314 (0) On: 8/13/2007 For: 61 Rambler Classic	After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer I talked to this shipper on the phone about how I was going to haul the car at first I told him that I would put on dolley but he didnt want that so I told him I would rent a car trailer but then he said I didnt have a big enough truck. I tried to work with him but he had made up his mind that I was not going to suit him. Response from Dave314: Allen has had no references through Uship of transporting any cars. Towing a 3000 pound antique car on a 1000 pound trailer over the Rocky Mountains (reaching an elevation of 11,000+ feet) from Grand Jct, Colorado to KY with a 1995 Chevy truck is something I was not comfortable with. I also didn't like the fact that he had to stop at his Missouri home and "rest" for 2 days before delivering the car to me. There are other reasons but those are the two main ones that I decided not to use Allen.
