The shipment worked out ok, but only because the carrier was excellent. HJMSHIPPING is only a broker and I guarantee there are much better brokers on uship. I clearly stated "no loading dock on site and the trucker will be responsible for loading his trailer" but HJM withholds that information from his carriers to get the cheapest rate. After the uship deposit he then charges you another deposit by credit card when he gets a cheap truck to sign on for his load. Find a better broker.

John was a great service provider. He independently arranged pickup in a a very quick timeframe. The item was delivered safely and well secured and he was very helpful unloading. He provided multiple status updates along the way and always provide prompt responses to communication. I highly reccomend him for your shipments and gladly will personally use his services again in the future if needed. Thanks

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider asked about moving my item on a specifc date and time when placing his bid. I confirmed this time window with the loading site before accepting his bid. After booking, the service provider failed to show up to pickup the item for transport. Everytime I contact the service provider he say he will pickup the item and gives me both his proposed date for pickup and delivery(usually a day or two out). I have confirmed every date with the pickup site and someone has always bee
