The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This job was accepted 8/8 and these items are STILL not picked up. Shipper states couldn't contact company for pick up but WE could always get ahold of them and company stated they never received calls from him. FINALLY after two months of shipper postponing WE set up a pick up time of today from 10-12 and CONFIRMED with both company and shipper. Shipper never showed up.

Renee didnt even handle this dealing with the pick up very unprofessional she had her assistant handle it wow didnt do anytthing to help with contact or cordination or communication. She quite working for Renee and told me the Lady is impossible to work for.The company to pick up from is a auction company and doesnt answer there phone dont know how they are in business left several emails and calls to a vm and no return call or anything.We scheduled a pick up through Renee showed up doors closed
