I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period The service provider is 2 weeks past the promised pick up date. Doug does not answer any phone calls, and does not return phone messages, and does not answer emails.This guy is not a good member to have on Uship and I request a cancellation and refund. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider It is 8 days past scheduled pick up date.Each time I talked to the dispatcher "Debbie" she has assured me she or the driver would call back that day. No call backs ever,no returns on emails, and now it is 8 days past the scheduled pick up date.The dealership where the boat is, has had the same problem,no returned calls. I have no faith in this hauler.No communications and a story about being stuck in the snow,this was 8 days ago and he was supposedly only 300 miles away at that time.I managed to
