Item was on a pallet and the shipper required that the item be crated to accept it

Customer did not inform us that carrier suggested it be crated. If so, we would have selected a second carrier to attempt pick up. Thank you.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Roadway Auto Shipping sent a driver to pick up our item. We hired a crane to lift the item and were ready to load it. The driver had agreed to ship the item a few days before loading. The day of loading the item he claimed that he was not being paid enough and that he needed more money. We called Uship to check on this and they said the amount that was bid is final and that we should not have to pay more. After the driver was aware of this he didn't want to take the item and he left.
