I did not show up at agreed upon date and time UPS Freight only services our area 2 days per week and these terms are not acceptable for our fast paced shipping requirements.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The size of our item has changed, we are rescheduling our shipment with the same service provider for pick up on the same day.

We ship often and this is the best broker we have ever done business with.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The shipper said he would pick up my item Sunday, then i was told Monday morning and then Tuesday morning then Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon i was contacted and told that no one was on their way to pick up our item!? Communication was horrible. Doing business this way is ridiculous, we are on a schedule but apparently they are not worried about shipping on time or at all.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Communication is horrible. He changed the date of pick up a day after he was supposed to arrive for pick up. Then he said he could only deliver a week to 10 days later than agreed upon.
