It was a pleasure working with this customer. The pick up location had all of the needed documents for me to transport with ease. They were willing to have as a pallet and as a loose item if needed. They stayed late to allow for the item to make this transport across country. The trip was a blast. I would be very happy to make another run if it were needed. This person was easy to talk with and made sense in his decisions on when and how to bring in the truck (very considerate). Logistics - AAA+

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment We informed Dave the Item was not packaged properly and that the Shipper needed to strap the freight to the pallet if not it would fall off and damage his freight. The carriers we use will not allow this.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped The customer did not want to follow our simple and secure processes to ensure a safe and successful shipment. Customer did not want to pay for shipment.

Wrong. I still needed the shipment picked up and picked a reasonable freight company. !stClass wanted me to write down ALL my credit card info including the security code number and fax it to them. They are stupid. BEWARE of ANYONE wanting all your credit card info.
