This jerk told me for 2.5 weeks he would pick up my truck. Paid half as deposit. Even sent an email saying he was getting it in an hour on Friday and then canceled. Never went to get it. I would not let him ship my cat littler to the dump.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time uShip bod contract accepted May 10th. Made several attempts to contact the shipper. Finally talked with someone on Friday MAy 15th and again Monday May 18th. Sent in all documents that were requested. No response. No one answering the phones. Voice mail box is full. No one answering the emails or faxes. Finally talked with the corporate office of AB Group Shipping this morning. No resolution to getting my shipment picked up. Now I have to pay a storage fee to the seller because these assholes n

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider wants my credit card information written on a hard copy form and FAxed to them. I am NOT putting all my credit card information on a piece of paper and faxing it to anyone EVER. In addition, they are requesting I pay for the delivery before they even pick up the product. I have NEVER paid in advance for a uShip delivery in the past and I don't plan on doing it this time.
