The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Although CLEARLY Posted throughout My bid "DRIVEAWAY" Shipper failed to notice, and now wants to cancel. Remove Driveaway as an option and these cancellations would'nt happen.

Customer wanted INSTANT pick-up for a regular price with no guarantees!!! After explaining that we can't guarantee that, customer offered more money to speed up the shipping 10 minutes before the end of the business day and first thing in the morning a cancellation from customer was requested without even giving us a chance to send her a truck for pick-up. Well, that's ok but don't blame it on us. Good luck and God bless America

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved i accepted a bid of $392.00 but the shipping co called and changed the price to $ 465.00 and would not be able to pick up for 7-10 days. thank you
