Sorry, it took me a while to leave a message regarding Mikey's service. Mikey has provided us with excellent service and honesty. I have only used uShip once and was very wary at first. I would use this service and the this shipper again... in a heart beat. He picked up my new boat promptly, was courteous to me and the seller, kept in contact enroute and delivered the boat earlier than expected (a good thing in my case). The boat was easily 7,500 - 8,000 lbs plus the trailer, 35' with an additional 6' of trailer hitch / tongue. Not exactly a small shipment. A fantastic experience. I would refer this shipper to any

The shipment arrived 6days late. Shipper promised 50% discount. Then reneged, saying he now couldn't honer the discount he promised because Uship had frozen his account. I complained to you and to date, you have done nothing. Very poor customer service. The shipper made his promise in writing. You should freeze his account till he makes good. DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolutely no regard for pick up time and no regard for delivery duration. Hired to haul a motorcycle from Chi to San Diego. Big Mistake! No communication with the driver thru out shipping. Ignored al I filed a complaint to Uship and received personal email from driver saying "If I find out it was you that filed the complaint, I will drop your bike off where I picked it up". Delivery showed up 3 days late. One more day and I would have reported it stole

Worst experience on uship. Took a month to deliver from CA had to contact authorities and uship to make sure vehicles were not stolen. Was told that bikes would be delivered within 4 days of pickup it took 4 weeks. 5 star price with 0 star service No communication and vehicles were left at a storage facitliy for us to transport ourselves. I wouldn't let this company haul dirt. I am surprised uship will let a company like this do business just ruins uship's reputation. Shipper beware!
