I have attempted to contact the carrier (Jacob) on several occasions by phone. The first time he answered, but said he was busy and would call right back. Another day passed and he never returned call, so I tried to call several more times throughout the following day, none of the calls were answered and I left a voicemail stating that I need to know if they are still intending to pick up the vehicle, or if I should find another carrier. The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I waiting until last minute to accept the carrier's bid. I was quickly notified by the carrier that he was not able to accept the load because he was now out of the area. The service provider was polite and very quick to respond.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The shipper cancelled the shipment without notification. We found out after waiting a week for the delivery then calling the shipper, who said he cancelled the shipment. He also said he called to notify us of the change, but we never received a call or message, and we are a business with several secretaries who always answer the phones.
