Great Customer!! Understanding!!The driver that we sent out to pu the car gave us a bogus story. But we did immediately turn around and get another driver to pick up next day and deliver in 48 hours. Just a bad situation. Our pos. feedback speaks for itself. Sometimes things out of our control happen but we always try to resolve as fast as possible.customer isnt the only one that lost out. The driver cost us all profit on our end. I could have cancelled but i wanted to try to please the customer

No Detailed Feedback Available I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period After contacting the service provider and gave them an updated address, I had to make arrangements to get my car picked up from the original place so I know it is secure, I have not received anything letting me know that a truck is on its way for my car or anything, i don't mind waiting but keep me updated on whats goin on with the shipment, thats all I asked, they failed to do so.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This shipping was bid on and shipping agreement was pickup 7 days from booking and delivery 7 days from pickup. After several attempts (phone calls and no responses several e-mails with only one response)on shipping and 15 days later and still no pickup of vehicle. It'll probably be said that I was dificult to work with. I am not, I just expect that if someone says they'll do something in a time frame that they say they will that it should be done.
